December Ate My Schedule *Disclaimer: I absolutely copy/pasted to Facebook

*Disclaimer: I absolutely copy/pasted to Facebook because I had barely 30 minutes to get this written.

The calendar has entered its annual blender cycle. Between wrapping paper shrapnel, family schedules that move like migrating herds, and the general December chaos, my writing updates have gone a bit quiet.
Consider this a brief signal flare from the holiday bunker. I’m still here, the stories are still simmering, and once the world stops vibrating with festive noise, I’ll be sharing more...

When I first began writing Bradley’s Gambit, I didn’t set out to craft Teagan Anders into anything more than a presence in Bradley’s orbit — someone grounded in the rhythms of Montrose, someone whose life brushed against his in subtle, everyday ways.

When we meet him, he is reclusive, living off the land and his disability payments. He only spends enough time in town to restock when...

Greetings my fellow readers!

Thank you for taking the time to join me and read my content, whether my blog or my books, but hopefully both. First, things first, I will introduce myself. I am B.A. Gomez, author, veteran and jerk of many trades. I prefer to use my initials for most things and now I use it in my writing.

Anyway, I have been writing most of my life. Little snippets of poetry, one page short stories, a couple of essays, but never a full novel length book. Until now. In full...
